	Building leadership in School Food Service (SFS), a major cost center for School Business Managers, is critical to financial success. The John C. Stalker Institute of Food and Nutrition (JSI) offers three programs to help School Business Managers build a better school food service operation. Certificate in Excellence in Child Nutrition This certificate program provides the manager of school food service operations with the knowledge and skills necessary to support educational goals. Certificate in Food Service Management This certificate program improves the knowledge, skills, and practices of food service managers. The Massachusetts Department of Education has funded the John C. Stalker Institute of Food and Nutrition to present this three-day education and training institute specifically for managers. This program is skill-based, practical, and conveniently located.
